Once fabric has been cut the sale is final. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases. If you’re unsure that the fabric seen online is the correct colour, pattern, weight or style, order a swatch or get in touch before making a purchase.
Please follow the fabric care information on our website & any additional instructions outlined in the product description, as we cannot be held accountable for fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly.
In the rare circumstance we have sent a product that is incorrect or damaged, we will refund both the product and postage fee.
Essential Points When Buying Fabric Online
We take care to photograph fabric in natural light so colour and texture is as if seen with a naked eye. However, appearance on-screen can vary depending on the calibration of your computer, phone or tablet screen. If colour, handle and weight is important, please get in touch or use our Fabric Swatch Service before finalising your online purchase.
Fabric in our online shop is sold by the quarter metre (0.25 metres). So for example, to order 1 metre of fabric you would click the quantity to 4 units in the shopping cart. However, if a phone order is placed during business hours, we will cut to your exact length.
In the event we have sold out of an item before updating our portal, we will contact you, discuss an alternative or organise a refund.
